Brad Gelhar

Born and raised in Hastings MN, and currently still living in Hastings, I’m happily married to my wife Keoni for 19 years. We have two boys, Ian (18) attends NDSU and is studying engineering. Eric (17) is a junior in high school and aspires to work in the trades. We have two dogs Malana (10) and Celly (2).  We spent a lot of time together visiting northwest Wisconsin, camping, fishing, enjoying water sports and days on the pontoon. Music is a big passion for all of us. Ian, Eric, and I all play guitar. Keoni is known to grab a microphone from time to time and join in on the music making. When we are not playing music, camping out, or fishing on a lake, you will find me on the golf course! 

Professionally, I started working in HVAC at 19 years old doing new construction jobs. I joined On Time Service Pros in 1999 where I worked as a shop helper while finishing my degree in HVAC at Dunwoody Technical College.

From 2000-2008 I was a service technician fixing and maintaining HVAC equipment, earning gold status performance awards in 2006-2008.  I also specialized in boiler repair and boiler installations. In 2008, I joined the sales team as a comfort advisor and really loved the sales process and enjoyed helping people pick out new equipment for their homes. From 2008-2012, I earned Crown Champion Status. In 2015 I became the operations/sales manager for HVAC, Plumbing, and our Electrical department. As numbers grew, we added operations managers for the plumbing and electrical departments. I continued the operations role for HVAC until 2021. In 2021, I became the sales manager where I help the technicians and comfort advisors provide excellent customer service through the execution of the call process. Making sure our customers have all their options for repair, replacement or enhancement items. We have won several awards over the years. Daikin Dealer of the Year, Leader in FIT Sales, and Innovator of the Year to name a few. I thoroughly enjoy helping people hit their goals, change their lives, and being a part of their journey in the trades. It is my goal to continue to help our employees reach their goals and to help you reach new levels of customer service, performance, and personal satisfaction.
