Brett Lohmann

I was born and raised in Hastings, MN, where I still reside. I’ve been happily married to my wife, Andrea, for nine years, and we have four lively kids who keep us busy. Much of my free time is spent driving them to baseball, football, hockey, soccer, and dance. I enjoy the outdoors, especially camping with my family and fishing with the kids. When I get the chance, you’ll find me firing up the smoker to cook some ribs.

I’ve been working in the HVAC industry since 2008, following a few years of trade school. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles in the industry. I started as a service technician for a small HVAC company, working on heat pumps, geothermal systems, fireplaces, and pellet stoves—a little bit of everything.

After joining On Time Service Pros, I worked as a service technician for about four years before transitioning into the warehouse. I spent another four years as the warehouse manager before taking on the role of HVAC operations manager. Today, I serve as the Field Manager.

I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, both technically and in customer service. I take pride in contributing to the culture we’ve built at On Time Service Pros. Every decision I make is guided by what’s best for the company, our customers, and our employees.
