I’m Cassie, born and raised right here in Minnesota, and I truly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, practicing Pilates, and cooking up delicious meals.

I’ve been with On Time Service Pros for over 10 years. I started in customer service and enjoyed meeting new customers. After a few years, I transitioned into dispatching, where I found a real passion for schedule prepping. I have a knack for reworking the schedule when needed—it felt like a fun game of Tetris! Now, I’m the customer service manager, and I enjoy connecting with and spending quality time with my amazing team in the department.
