Jeff Rahn

I was born in Michigan, just outside of Detroit, and after high school graduation I served 4 years in the U.S Air Force working on fighter jets. After leaving the Air Force, I passed the test (A&P license), required to be an aircraft mechanic, and worked on cargo planes near Detroit for a few years and then moved to Minnesota in 1992 to work for Northwest airlines. I met my wife here after moving to Minnesota, we’ve been married for over 30 years and have two great daughters that both work in the company!

After about 15 years, I was going to be laid off from Northwest airlines, so I went to Dunwoody college to work on HVAC equipment, then worked at a few other companies before coming here to work. I started here in 2008 as an HVAC installer and duct cleaner, then moved to service, then operations manager. In 2012 I was promoted to General Manager and in 2014 the corporation that owned the company sold it to me! As part of the purchase, I had a contract to stay with the franchise for 10 years, and in 2024 we left the franchise to start “On Time Service Pros”.
