Jesse Wilson

I am happily married to my wonderful wife, Susan, and a proud father of three amazing children: Haley, Dylan, and Jacob. In my free time, I enjoy camping, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. I particularly love spending time on trails with our 4-wheelers. Originally from northern Minnesota, I relocated to the Metro area about 12 years ago.

My career in the electrical field began in Phoenix, Arizona, where I spent four years working in low-voltage systems, including cable, phone, and internet installations throughout the Phoenix metro area. After returning to Minnesota, I continued in the same field for an additional seven years before transitioning to On Time Service Pros in 2016. I initially worked as a field service technician while completing my electrical apprenticeship. In 2021, I joined the Operations team and successfully passed the Journeyman Electrical Exam, earning my license as a journey worker. Since then, I have obtained my Master Electrical License and now assist electricians with troubleshooting service issues and installing electrical systems. Additionally, I contribute to training initiatives focused on our customer service processes, which enable us to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.
