Kassey Marshall

I’m a mom to two amazing boys, Carter (19) and David (8), who keep life exciting and full of fun. I grew up in Hastings, MN, and moved to Prescott, WI, 12 years ago. I’m always on the go and love anything adventurous. Being around people is my happy place, and I never pass up a chance to travel somewhere new. Plus, I’m a total foodie—you’ll find me trying out new restaurants or hunting down the best eats wherever I go.

Before joining this organization 11 years ago, I earned my degree in Dental Assisting from Dakota County Technical College. My professional journey began in my family’s bar and restaurant in Hastings, MN, where I gained over a decade of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. I started here as a Dispatcher and served in that role for five years before being promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2019. In my current position, I oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development, ensuring a positive and productive workplace for everyone.
